If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if you received a different product other than the one that you ordered, please contact customer care within 24Hrs of the product received, requesting for assistance with a replacement or exchange shipping.
- You should provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of your dissatisfaction.
- Due to the perishable nature of the product, all claims submitted without proper evidence and support will not be eligible for replacement/reshipment.
We will either reship or replace the item with equal or greater value. After confirmation, a replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 days. Suam reserves the right to limit replacements.
